Janet Jackson has reportedly postponed her entire U.K. tour, which was set to resume on March 30. The singer previously postponed 29 U.S. dates after being advised to undergo an unspecified surgery.

“It is not possible to confirm new dates at the present time so we are refunding all ticket holders,” an email from Ticketmaster informed fans, according to BBC News. Jackson’s European tour dates have been removed from Ticketmaster’s site.

The Unbreakable World Tour has experienced many bumps on the road. In October, Jackson cancelled a number of shows to rest her vocal cords, two months later she postponed her winter dates so that she could undergo an unspecified surgery.

“It breaks my heart to tell you that I am forced to postpone the Unbreakable Tour until the spring,” she wrote at the time. “Every date will be rescheduled. Please hold onto your tickets. They will be honored in a special way when the new schedule is announced.”

Jackson has kept details about the surgery private, but since the announcement has denied rumors that she’s suffering from cancer.

“The rumors are untrue. I do not have cancer. I’m recovering,” Jackson said in a video clip to her fans. “My doctors have approved my concerts as scheduled in Europe, and as I promised, the postponed shows will be rescheduled.”
