It means the world , anything I can do make my family kids proud and honor my grannies memory from her hard times n struggle of being a black woman from down south it’s my job now stand tall n keep the legacy going

Born and raised in Pomona, California, Damien Roderick (a.k.a. “Big Percy” or “Percy”) has been a driving force in marketing, sales and promotion for some of the industry’s biggest music artists, athletes and superstars personalities for decades.
Percy is the C.E.O. of Roderick Music Marketing (“RMM”) a company he formed in 1991. He manages the branding and sponsorships of multimillion-dollar deals in entertainment. Additionally he has worked alongside Snoop as a business partner and collaborator along with other Westside Hip-Hop royalty including Warren G, Dogg Pound, Daz Dillinger, Kurupt and Wiz Khalifa.
RMM specializes in full-service brand development, marketing and assisting small businesses owners by leveraging a position in the entertainment industry to introduce their various brands into the mainstream, including those in the apparel and cannabis space. RMM creates events and collaborations amongst some of the brands in order to give the brands prime opportunities to be showcased. The Place located in Las Vegas is an example of how Percy helps to showcase small business owners and clothing designers. He invites celebrities and the general public to the store to introduce them to the new brands.
Not only does Big Percy manage multi-million dollar deals and manages talent outside of the music industry generating mainstream branding but he also leverages his reach to a list of contacts for good causes including fundraising events for Youth and Cancer programs. Extremely dedicated to his community Big Percy created the Pomona City Movement, an inner-city youth program that has achieved worldwide recognition.
RMM continues to grow more creative and innovative. Recent additions under the RMM umbrella, Big Percy has added True Legacy Vodka, Golf Beef Celebrity Golf Tournament, Percyvere CBD Line, Ridergang Lifestyle, and Chronic Tales. he recently collaborated with TWINZZ clothing line.
