Can you tell us about your background and what inspired you to pursue a career in modeling and acting as a woman?
I was into sports, drama, and NCC during my school days. I was performing for a show when I got shortlisted for a TV show on a national channel, and since then, I never turned back. I kept hustling for new adventures and shoots in different cities of my country. My country has cinema in the South, Bengal, and Bollywood. I have worked in South Indian movies before moving to Bollywood, where I appeared on an MTV show, Forbidden Angel, and in a series of MX Player, which got popular during the lockdown and crossed multi-billions views across the world. I moved to Hollywood during the second lockdown of India.
How did being a woman impact your journey in the industry, and what steps did you take to overcome any obstacles or biases you faced?
I love being a woman, and I believe that women have the power to run the world. Women have the brains along with beauty, and beyond that, she is daring to pursue her dream at any cost. I never gave up as a woman because I believe that women are power, a divine source of energy that holds everyone together for the greatest things in life!

I have won two of the most prestigious awards of my country, the Maharashtra Gaurav Award by the Road Minister Nitin Gidkari and Gems of North from Punjab Minister Navjot Singh Siddhu. I am also associated with the social campaign, Bird Freedom Day! I would love to spread peace and growth as an entrepreneur. I will connect the whole world under one roof, Ishachhabra network.
In your opinion, how has the industry evolved in terms of promoting equal representation and opportunities for women, and what do you think still needs to be done to further this progress?
The industry has evolved significantly; it’s no longer a man-oriented industry. With time, things have changed for women as the world can see the power of women in every certain way. We handle our responsibilities well with love and care, and we all have equal responsibilities and opportunities these days.
What advice would you give to aspiring female models and actors who are looking to break into the industry and make a name for themselves?
I would just say, please stop paying the wrong people. I request all the freshest females to go through the right path, don’t just believe in talk, do research and development (R&D) of the casting people and production. Use all the casting platforms for the casting updates!
