How did you discover EFT and what impact has it had on your own life as a woman and a single mother?

I discovered EFT while going through a very traumatic divorce with my daughter who was only 4 years old at the time.  I tried my best be positive around my child, and when she asked about her father i tried my best to put a smile on my face and not allow my sadness, and anger be absorbed onto her.

I went to traditional talk therapy which help allot, however I still had so many negative emotions in my body, especially every time the subject of my ex husband came up.  He had caused both of us so much pain, and heartache, which i had a very hard time dealing with.

I was full of anger, guilt, shame, for how my child was feeling, and sadness.
I came across EFT or most people know as tapping.  I followed a you tube tapping video that a came across and after just a few rounds of tapping and speaking the negative emotion I was feeling the emotion subsided.
Eft helped me so much, after working with a certified Practitioner, he helped me to reprogram my belief system and clear up the negative thought patterns I had since childhood.  EFT helped me to be able to talk about my past traumas, without having to re live them and feel all the negative emotions behind the thought.  My emotions were no longer ruling my life, i could live life in the peace, and joy that i deserved and vibrate onto others.

Can you share with us the experience of bringing the benefits of EFT to women in need, such as those in women’s centers and orphanages?

EFT can help other women in need by empowering them, helping them to realize how beautiful, and amazing they are.   We often talk negatively about ourselves due to beliefs we have picked up from others in the past by parents, or piers.

As we celebrate Women’s History Month, what female role models have inspired you and how have they influenced your life and work as a practitioner?

A role model of mine is  Goldie Hawn ,I am very supportive of the mindfulness program she is bringing into the class rooms at schools to help children with stress and anxiety.
I currently work with many teenagers, and helped my own teenage daughter during worry, and stressful times.

How do you approach helping women who are going through a divorce and dealing with the associated stress, guilt, and worry?

I help many of other woman going through divorce or stressful times.
I first have them  to tap on the energy spots which i guide people with as they follow along with me ,and they speak the negative emotion they feel to clear their energy pathways.  I feel during hard times we tend to try to be happy and positive and manifest,  but we first have to clear the body from the negativity before we can affirm the positive and embrace our authentic power again !

Can you share with us some success stories of women who have used EFT to transform their lives and achieve greater well-being?

This story came to mind first as this happened yesterday, It was actually a friend of mine that came over for an in person session.  First of all I have a sweet, and beautiful, black adorable cat, but my friend was so scared to sit down near her because she had been attacked by a black cat when she was a child.  My friend was terrified and full of anxiety, after around 2 min of tapping with me , my cat was sitting in her pap being petted, and stroked happily by my friend .

As a woman in the entertainment industry, what advice would you give to young girls and women who are just starting out and facing challenges?

Ater being in the entertainment industry for many years, I wish i had known about EFT! It can be very difficult in  a world of rejection, ups and downs, feast or famine , our ego gets hurt, we take things personally and its very difficult.
I now help many young girls that are actresses, I help them to build up their self esteem,  love themselves, and believe in themselves, and most of all realize that they are deserving of success and abundance.
Most of my clients have been raised to believe money is evil, success is bad, and been comfortable living a poverty lifestyle. After a session of EFT they are empowered to truly know their self worth, and can manifest the amazing life they deserve and desire.

How have you adapted to conducting sessions with clients all over the world via Skype/Zoom, and what have been some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced in your work as a practitioner?

After closing my office that I had in Beverly hills during the pandemic, I now see all clients on face-time, or zoom.  Its actually wonderful, as I can work from anywhere in the world, and also have clients from all parts of the world.

In your opinion, what role can self-care practices like EFT play in shaping the future for women and girls, both locally and globally?

We face many challenges in life, and I feel self care is the most important thing we can do for ourselves.  Being a mother I try to take care of myself first so I can be the best mother I can be.  I feel I am the best version of myself when I am feeling good, and in alignment.
I use EFT in my everyday life, when I’m sat in the car and anger comes up, first thing in the morning to release any negative emotions that maybe stored in my body, this way I prevent them s]coming up throughout the day.
