International Women’s Day With Tammi Pickle – VP/Partner Elite Connections

International Women’s Day makes me think about, honor and respect all women. My Mom is one of those incredible women that we all look up to and strive to be like. She is an incredible businesswoman that started a flourishing company that helps busy professionals meet one another. She created Elite Connections 26 years ago and began a new journey matching people together. I grew up in the business with my Mom and I have been a matchmaker for the last 20 years alongside her. As I began meeting and matching our clients together, I fell in love with what I do. I am extremely passionate about my work and enjoy spreading love to busy professionals that are not able to find the one. Typically, our clients are working a lot, focusing their energy on their career, family and friends and they are not coming across the right one. Therefore, they reach out to us and put their dating life in our hands. Helping my clients meet the one they have been searching for is very rewarding and I am so grateful to be able to help people every single day.

We have grown from one office to 15 national and international offices. We work with 20 amazing female matchmakers in our offices, which are located all over Southern and Northern CA, Miami, NY, Dallas, Vegas, Chicago and multiple International offices. We strive to help support our clients and match them with appropriate connections, while being there to guide, coach and give feedback and advice throughout the dating process. Our clients are successful professionals that are looking to find the right person. We meet, screen, interview, background search and really get to know every person on a personal level. We then make quality introductions based on everyone’s personal preferences and who we feel would be a good fit for them. We work very closely with every client, getting and giving critical feedback for everyone and helping relay any information that will help in their future dates. I love what I do and I am grateful to my incredible Mom for starting this journey 26 years ago. We will continue to spread love to the world one match at a time. Wishing all women an incredible new year.
