2025 Pump It Up Magazine Awards Submission Terms & Policies

1. Eligibility

The 2025 Pump It Up Magazine Awards is open to all individuals, organizations, or companies from around the world.
Submissions must align with one of the accepted categories (Entertainment, Books, Mental Health & Wellness, Lifestyle, Fashion & Beauty, Self-Help & Personal Growth, or Women Who Empower).
All entries must be original and reflect the submitter’s work. By submitting, the entrant affirms they have full rights and permissions for the content.
Submissions that contain inappropriate, offensive, or plagiarized content will be immediately disqualified.

2. Submission Process

Submissions are open from Oct. 8th, 2024 to January 28th, 2025.
Entrants may submit in multiple categories; however, each additional submission requires a separate entry fee.
All submission fees are non-refundable, and incomplete submissions will not be considered.
After submission, entrants cannot withdraw their entry, and submissions cannot be modified or updated once the deadline has passed.
Submissions must be completed through the official online submission form.

3. Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged by a panel of industry experts and Pump It Up Magazine editors.
The judging process will assess:
- Creativity: Originality of the content.
- Impact: Relevance and contribution to the selected category.
- Quality: Overall execution, clarity, and appeal.
All judging decisions are final. No appeals will be accepted.

4. Virtual Awards Event

The 2025 Pump It Up Magazine Awards is entirely virtual. There will be no physical event.
Winners will be announced online via:
- Our website
- Social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Newsletter
Winners will receive digital recognition in the form of:
- Digital certificates
- Features in the print/digital magazine or on the website
- Interviews for select categories

5. Awards and Recognition

Each award category will have one winner, with additional recognition for honorable mentions.
Winners will be showcased in the following ways:

- Social media posts announcing the winner to our audience
- Spotify or podcast mentions (where applicable)
Winners will be notified by email and via our social media channels.

6. Intellectual Property

Entrants retain full ownership of their submitted content.
By submitting, entrants grant Pump It Up Magazine the right to display, promote, and feature the submitted content on our platforms, including the website, social media channels, and any promotional materials.
Pump It Up Magazine will not claim any ownership over the content, but entrants agree to its use for marketing and promotional purposes in connection with the awards.

7. Disqualification

Pump It Up Magazine reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or submission that fails to comply with these terms or violates any part of the submission process.
Grounds for disqualification include, but are not limited to:
