By submitting content to Pump It Up Magazine, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute the content across our platforms.
4. Payment and No Refunds
Payment is required upfront for all selected features. Once a feature is selected and paid for, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Work on your feature will only begin once payment is received.
PayPal Fees:
If payment is made via PayPal and an invoice is issued, a fee of 2.9% will be added to the total amount to cover the PayPal transaction fee.
5. Revisions
- You are entitled to two rounds of revisions for content or design services (e.g., articles, graphics, videos).
- Additional revisions will be charged at a rate of $50 per revision.
- Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the initial draft. If no revisions are requested within this period, the content will be considered final.
6. Editorial Control
Pump It Up Magazine reserves the right to make minor edits to your submission for clarity, grammar, and formatting. We also reserve the right to refuse content that does not align with our standards or values.
- Publication: Submission of content does not guarantee publication. We will notify you if there are any issues that might prevent your content from being published.
- Promotion: By submitting content, you grant Pump It Up Magazine permission to use the content for promotional purposes across our platforms, including our website, social media, and newsletters.
7. Advertising
Advertisers are required to pay all advertising fees in advance. Advertisers are solely responsible for their content, and no refunds will be issued once payment is made.
8. Music and Videos
All music and videos presented on the Platform are protected by copyright and may not be used publicly without proper notification to the involved artists.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data you provide will be used solely for the purposes of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. 10. Liability Disclaimer
