4. Payment, No Refunds, and Chargeback Policy
💳 Payment is required upfront for all selected features. Once a feature is selected and paid for, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Work on your feature will only begin once payment is received.

⚠️ Chargeback & Dispute Policy:
- Chargebacks and payment disputes are NOT permitted once services have been rendered, content has been published, or work has begun.
- By making a purchase, you agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
- If a chargeback is initiated, the client will be held responsible for all associated costs, including legal fees, and their account may be suspended.
💰 PayPal Fees:
If payment is made via PayPal and an invoice is issued, a 2.9% transaction fee will be added to the total amount.
5. Revisions
✏️ You are entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions for content or design services (e.g., articles, graphics, videos).
💰 Additional revisions will be charged at $50 per revision.
📅 Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the initial draft. If no revisions are requested within this period, the content will be considered final.
6. Editorial Control
Pump It Up Magazine reserves the right to:
- Make minor edits to your submission for clarity, grammar, and formatting.
- Refuse content that does not align with our standards or values.
